(269 sq ft)

Upstairs, street-facing room

1 double bed

1 to 2 guests
Private shower room
Amethyst has long been associated with calm, clarity and balance.

Amethyst is a room for slowing down. Soft violet tones and gentle, filtered light create a calm atmosphere from the moment you open the door.

Natural materials and carefully chosen details echo the stone that gives the room its name. Original wooden floors, a beautifully restored traditional Alsatian wardrobe and carefully sourced vintage pieces bring warmth and character, while soft plum tones and touches of amethyst throughout the room create an elegant and welcoming atmosphere.

Upstairs, on the village side of the house, the room sits in the heart of Orbey, with its restaurants within easy walking distance. The room overlooks the street and offers a lovely view of the Tour du Faudé, a local landmark rising above the village and offering panoramic views over the surrounding Vosges mountains.

The private shower room has a walk-in shower.

Black tourmaline is traditionally regarded as a stone of protection and grounding.

The most spacious room in the house, Tourmaline has a real sense of shelter: deep mineral tones, rich enveloping colours and beautifully finished materials. Bathed in natural light, the suite combines the charm of original wooden floors with elegant antique and vintage-inspired furnishings. Carefully restored pieces and carved details lend character to the space, while two beautiful natural-stone basins bring a distinctive touch to the bathroom. Large windows and a private terrace offer beautiful, open views over the surrounding hills and Vosges mountains, creating a peaceful setting in which to relax and unwind.

Designed for two to four guests, the suite has two separate bedrooms: a double room on the garden side, and a second room on the village side with two single beds, which can be joined on request. A 20 m² private terrace extends the suite outdoors.

The private shower room pairs a generous shower with a double marble washbasin, and the toilet is separate.

The Celestine Room

24 m²
(258 sq ft)

Upstairs

1 double bed
1 to 2 guests
Private terrace
Celestine, also known as celestite, is a gentle stone associated with calm and comfort.

Celestine is all softness: soft tones, natural materials and a light that changes gently through the day.

A striking blue wood-panelled wall sets the tone for this bright and inviting room, creating a calm atmosphere inspired by the surrounding landscape. Shades of blue, natural wood and elegant furnishings come together in a harmonious setting. Filled with natural light from both sides, the room offers beautiful views in two directions: over the rolling hills and mountains beyond the garden, and towards the Tour du Faudé, a local landmark overlooking the valley.

The room opens onto a 12 m² private terrace, a quiet corner of your own for a morning coffee or an evening glass of Alsace wine.

The private shower room features a natural stone washbasin, with a separate WC.

The Aventurine Room

17m2

(183 sq ft)
Ground floor
1 double bed
1 to 2 guests
Garden side
Aventurine is known as the stone of luck and creativity, and is associated with a sense of calm.

Aventurine has a character all its own: an industrial spirit, textured materials and raw finishes, softened by the gentle sound of the river.

A striking wall of reclaimed-style wood, exposed brick and black metal details gives the room its distinctive character, while the original herringbone parquet adds warmth and a subtle touch of heritage.

On the ground floor, facing the garden, it is our most intimate room, a peaceful retreat with open views over the surrounding hills and mountains. The river flows at the end of the garden, and its gentle sound can be heard from the room, offering a soothing backdrop to wake up to in the morning.

The private shower room opens onto the bedroom, with a large walk-in shower, an open layout in keeping with the loft-like feel of the room.
